I Bought My Tickets But...

  • I NEED TO RESCHEDULE

    Change of date or time requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled entry time shown on your ticket. An $8 rescheduling fee will apply.

    Please note that Group Timed Entry tickets are not eligible to be individually rescheduled, and all Group Timed Entry tickets must be rescheduled together.

  • I WANT TO UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE

    Please contact our box office to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival.

  • I WANT TO CHANGE THE NAME ON THEM

    Names on tickets do not need to match the attendee as long as they hold the correct ticket type. If you would prefer to change the names Sign-in to your MyTickets account, please click here.

    Your username is the email address you entered when processing your order. If you don’t remember your password or don’t recall setting one up, please click “forgot your password” to reset it.

    Our exhibits use ShowClix as our ticket provider. The email you provided when purchasing tickets will be registered in their database. Mobile tickets will only be sent out 24hrs before showtime.

  • How much are tickets?

    Basic Timed Entry (All Ages) - $29.99
    Family Pack (4 tickets; max 2 adults) - 26.99 per person

    Children under 3 do not require a ticket when accompanying a paying adult.

  • Are tickets refundable?

    All tickets are non-refundable, as stated in the terms and conditions prior to successfully completing any ticket purchase.

  • How do I sign-in to my MyTickets account?

  • How do I present my tickets at the show?

    You can print a physical copy of your tickets, or you can present the QR code for your tickets off a smartphone or other device.

  • PROHIBITED & PERMISSIBLE PERSONAL ITEMS

    We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibit, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection. Backpacks and duffel bags are not permitted in the exhibit. Food or beverages are not permitted inside the exhibit. Tripods and other professional photography equipment are not permitted.

  • ACCESSIBILITY

    The exhibit is accessible for guests of all abilities. Our exhibit welcomes wheelchairs, mobile scooters, canes, etc. We do not have wheelchairs or scooters for rent.

    We allow service animals such as guide dogs. No pets are permitted.

    Location - Wisconsin Center

    Parking - Parking is available on-site.

    Transit - You can get to Wisconsin Center by Bus. The following transit lines have routes that pass near Wisconsin Center: 15, 19, 30, 31, 33, 80, GOL
